Product Features

High efficient and energy saving.The water-source heat pump unit enjoys efficiency better than the air cooling heat pump unit, can reduce power consumption. When only partial residents stay in the building, their own heat pump unit and circulating water system can be turned on, without the running of the heating or cooling system(namely maintaining water temperature within 15-30℃), realizing energy saving. While for the central air conditioning system,turning it on for one or two resident(s) use is a great waste of energy.

Charge per house.The water-source heat pump unit can be connected to user's ammeter and the user will be liable for own air conditioning and heating charges; and the energy consumption of the cooling tower or heating device can be apportioned to houses and charged as per their ammeter readings.

No central machine room, low investment. Turning the whole into parts, the investment of water-source heat pump system is similar to the central air conditioning system, however it needs no frigerating machine room, boiler room, air conditioner room, then requires less room area, less air pipes, reduces building height; water pipes needs no heat insulating material; the heat pump unit can be pre-assembled in the factory, minimizing onsite works; the temperature control devices are combined into the unit, without the use of extra control room.

This heat pump system is applicable for new or retructrued buildings. For the new buildings, water-source heat pump circulating water pipes can be erected at first, and the heat pump unit will be arranged in view of user's decoration demand; for the restructured projects, using water-source heat pump system is extremely convenient due to no need the construction of a refrigeration room.

User may select refrigeration or heating, or partial refrigeration or partial heating in view of the season or the actual necessity, and the heat efficiency of the system will not be affected by outdoor temperature.
